0 R I G I N A L 2/24/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13011 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> RELATING TO THE RTSOP DOWNTOWN GRID PROJECT <br /> <br /> (CCS PLANNING AND ENGINEERING, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to interconnect twenty- <br />nine downtown traffic signals, upgrade the traffic signal center computer system, <br />upgrade signal controller cabinets and controllers and install video sampling <br />stations in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CCS Planning and Engineering, Inc. of Fremont, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Consulting Engineering <br />Services - RTSOP Downtown Grid Project" (form dated 02/12/97), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and CCS Planning and Engineering, Inc., for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br /> R®so-142 1 <br /> G:~shared~r edwooo'~cou ncll <br /> OE$:djk <br /> 02/12/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
