<br />Purpose of Study Session <br /> <br />To familiarize Council with Sequoia Hospital project since it is a large, phased development <br />that will require Council to take multiple future actions including consideration to adopt: <br /> <br />~ Statement of Overriding Considerations - <br />Project benefits that outweigh significant unavoidable impacts to the following three <br />roadway intersections: 1) Alameda & Edgewood Rd.; 2) 1-280 Northbound Ramp & <br />Edgewood Rd. and 3) EI Camino Real & Whipple Ave. <br /> <br />~ Mitigation, Monitoring & Reporting Program (MMRP) - Summary of project impacts & <br />mitigation measures that will be incorporated into conditions of approval to avoid or <br />substantially lessen significant environmental effects of the project. <br />
