If there are risk <br />issues that are substantiated and continue to exist, the Social Worker can provide 30 <br />days of ER services, open a voluntary case, file petition in court. <br /> <br />3) If risk issues cannot be substantiated discusses Differential Response options with <br />client and obtains permission to set a meeting with a community partner.
