City staff requested that we <br />respond to community comments and questions and provide a memorandum that explains the <br />project related trips associated with the signalization of Middlefield Road and Willow Road. This <br />budget amendment also includes preparation and attendance at one additional City Council <br />meeting scheduled on July 23,2007. <br /> <br />The cost to conduct these additional selVices is $2,700. This increase brings our total project <br />budget to $32,600.
