BeJan Ibmgas hndk Engineers * Surveyors * Planners February 18, 1997 BKF Project No. 960123 - 10 DESCRIPTION FOR: LIMIT OF ENCROACHMENT PERMIT All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, being a portion of the fight-of-way of Marine World Parkway as the lines of said fight-of- way are shown on that certain map entitled "CENTRUM," filed for record on August 8, 1986 in Book 115 of Maps at Pages 22 through 25, inclusive, and that certain map entitled "PARCEL MAP NO. 78-13," filed for record on August 16, 1979 in Volume 47 of Parcel Maps at pages 73 through 75, inclusive, both maps filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of Lot 5 of said "CENTRUM" map; thence along the southerly line of said lot being the northerly fight-of-way line of said Marine World Parkway North 87°46~56'' East, a distance of 246.64 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said line North 87°46'56" East, a distance of 10.01 feet; thence leaving said line South 0°00'00'' West, a distance of 140.10 feet to the southerly fight-of-way line of said Marine World Parkway and the northerly line of Parcel 3 as said parcel is shown on said "PARCEL MAP NO. 78- 13"; thence along said line South 87°46'56" West, a distance of 10.01 feet; thence leaving said line North 0°00'00'' East, a distance of 140.10 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and containing an area of 1401 square feet, more or less.
