Remove all tiles from approx 7' high down (at top of decorative stripe). Remove <br />all tiles on flooring, remove drywall behind tiles, and' inspect for dry rot. Remove <br />app1'Ox 2' x 8' of drywall outside of shower and inspect for dry rot. Tiles out side <br />of shower have not been included in this scope of work if they need be removed <br />or fall off dl.lring dem.olition or inso.ection. <br />2. Minor dry rot to stud framing is included, however, if dry rot affects walls that are <br />acUacent to other areas that might need repairs, additional charges will apply. <br />3. Install three new shower valves. Client to specify valve type. One shower valve to <br />11ave a hand held spray for handicap purposes. <br />4. Install new membrane at Hoor and set tiles in thin set over membrane. <br />5. ,Install tiles on walls duplicating as close as possible the tiles in other areas of <br />locker room. Please note, exact matches may not be possible. All tiles to be set <br />first over mortar bed, paper/wire, green sheetrock, framing. <br />6. Install grout on walls and floor. If client wishes to use epoxy grout please add <br />$2500.00 to this contract. <br />7. Install 7 aluminum corners where drywall has been damaged by others. Corners to <br />be 2x2x36" tall. <br />8. Paint ceiling access panel and touch up drywall out side of shower area where <br />removed. <br />9. Re~instaU grab bar (re-use), re-install divider betweelil shower stalls (re-use), <br />install new shower seat (flip down). <br />10. Leave work site in a broom clean manner. <br /> <br />Project duration appl'ox. 10-13 working days provided that all materials are available. <br /> <br />Total cost $26,118.60 <br /> <br />Add $2500.00 to this price for epoxy grout and initial here <br />
