0 R I G ~ N A L 2/24/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13008 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT FOR XEROX COPIER <br /> <br /> (XEROX CORPORATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Lease Agreement", by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of Califomia and <br />Xerox Corporation, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto marked Exhibit <br />"A" hereof, and by this reference incorporated herein, providing for a 60 month <br />lease of a 5352CASF Xerox copier for the Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Department, to wit: Veterans Memorial Senior Center, is hereby <br />· approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit A and/or such other appropriate documents to <br />effectuate the purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the City Attorney) <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> DE$:dJk <br /> Reso-141 <br /> G'JS h~'ed/R edwood/Co undl/Re~o, <br /> 02/11/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
