DES:~k 02/13/97 (055/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/24/97 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 13005 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12803, ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN FOR <br /> CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO ADD <br /> THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR, ASSISTANT PLANNER/ <br /> ASSOCIATE PLANNER AND DELETE THE POSITIONS OF, AND <br /> SALARIES FOR, PLANNER I AND PLANNER II <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12803 entitled, "Resolution <br />Establishing Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee <br />Classifications (SEIU Unit)", adopted June 17, 1996, is hereby <br />amended to add to the list of employee positions therein <br />contained the position of Assistant Planner/Associate Planner and <br />delete to positions of Planner I and Planner II. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibit B of the above-mentioned Resolution No. 12803 <br />is hereby amended to add thereto the position of Assistant <br />Planner/Associate Planner and the salary for said position as set <br />forth in Exhibit "B-i" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein; and delete the positions of <br />Planner I and Planner II. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
