12/11/00 <br />0 R I G I d A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14102 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GUIDELINES FOR THE DISBURSEMENT OF <br />FUNDS FOR CARRINGTON HALL RENOVATION AND AUTHORIZING <br />DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, this Council authorized the allocation of the sum of Two <br />Hundred Fifty Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($250,000.00; the "Funds ") to the <br />Carrington Hall Auditorium Rescue Operation ( "CHARO ") for the renovation of <br />the Carrington Hall, at its July 10, 2000, Council meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council declared that the release of the Funds would be <br />subject to the receipt of matching funds by CHARD; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council declared that the grant of the Funds would also <br />be subject to the approval by this Council of certain guidelines; and <br />WHEREAS, there is now presented to this Council for review and <br />approval certain guidelines regarding the disbursement of funds to CHARD. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain document entitled. "Carrington Hall - City of Redwood City <br />Grant Guidelines" (form dated 11/27/00) a copy of which document is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the disbursement of matching funds <br />to the Carrington Hall Auditorium Rescue Operation pursuant to said guidelines <br />is hereby authorized. <br />Sh /mc/council <br />RESO -1043 <br />11127/00 <br />FXS/fs <br />
