California and Clyde G. Steagall, Inc., dba Mid Valley Electric, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Clyde G. <br />Steagall, Inc. dba Mid Valley Electric, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return to the <br />unsuccessful bidder, and to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br />aforementioned agreement, all securities guaranteeing execution of said <br />agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
