DES:djk 01/23/97 (089/39) <br /> <br />December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in <br />the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted <br />as the plans and specifications according to which the <br />above-mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Ventana Del Mar Unit No. 2", (form dated 01/23/97), a copy of <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4.
