Those certain plans entitled "Lido Neighborhood Unit <br />No. 4 Mitigation Channel", and those certain specifications <br />entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/ <br />Irrigation Improvements", as well as the City's specifications <br />entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted <br />December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in <br />the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted <br />as the plans and specifications according to which the <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Lido Neighborhood Unit No. 4", (form dated 01/24/97), a copy of <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4. The assignment of Owner's rights, interests, duties and <br />obligation under this Agreement to M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., dba <br />Ryland Homes Bay Area Division ("Ryland") is hereby approved <br />subject to Ryland's execution of the Agreement for Improvement of <br />Lido Neighborhood Unit No. 4. <br /> <br /> 5.
