DES:d~ 01/24/97 (029/42) <br /> <br /> 2. Those certain plans entitled "Lido Neighborhood Unit <br />No. 3 Reclamation Mitigation Plan", and those certain <br />specifications entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for <br />Civil/Landscape/ Irrigation Improvements", as well as the City's <br />specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br />City", adopted December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications <br />are on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br />which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Lido Neighborhood Unit No. 3", (form dated 01/24/97), a copy of <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4. The assignment of Owner's rights, interests, duties and <br />obligation under this Agreement to M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., dba <br />Ryland Homes Bay Area Division ("Ryland") is hereby approved <br />subject to Ryland's execution of the Agreement for Improvement of <br />Lido Neighborhood Unit No. 3. <br /> <br /> 5. All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
