DES:d~' 02/04/97 (063/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L S 2/10/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12993 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF <br /> ELECTRONIC ARTS, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br /> CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AUTHORIZING <br /> ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE <br /> EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedication of easements described therein) entitled, "Electronic <br />Arts", prepared by Bohley Maley Associates, and the Improvement <br />Plans prepared by Bohley Maley Associates, Consulting Civil <br />Engineers, consultants for Flatirons Funding, L.P., a Delaware <br />limited partnership, and Redwood Shores, Inc. , a California <br />corporation, formerly Oil Estates (Redwood Limited, a California <br />corporation, formerly Leslie Properties, Inc., a California <br />corporation), the owners of record of said subdivision, <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br /> <br />
