(Resolution #XXXXX) The permission herein is granted to the Spanish Immersion School (hereinafter called "Permittee") to conduct the "Run/walk Fundraiser." This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Name of Event: The "Spanish Immersion School Run/walk Fundraiser" shall be sponsored and conducted by the Permittee. 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of Redwood City. 3. Non-transferability: This permit is nontransferable. 4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be in Redwood City. The run/walk courses will start and finish at the Spanish Immersion School, 3150 Granger Way. The run course route will move east on Harcross to Fernside, south on Fernside to Alameda, then north on Fernside to McGarvey. Runners will then return south on Fernside to Harcross and west on Harcross. The walk will go from Granger to Sterling to Fernside and back again. See attached map. 5. Date and Time: The "The Spanish Immersion School Run/Walk" shall be conducted on Saturday, March 8, 1997, from 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M., including setup and cleanup. The course will be completely cleared by 12:00 P.M.
