California, the Belmont School District, a school district of the State of Califonria, <br />and B & B Concrete Construction Company, Inc., a copy of which agreement is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid B & B Concrete <br />Construction Company, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return to the <br />unsuccessful bidder, and to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br />aforementioned agreement, all securities guaranteeing execution of said <br />agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
