O R I G I N AL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14104 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF AN INITIAL STUDY <br />AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />(CHILDCARE FACILITY AT REDWOOD SHORES) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Preparation of an Initial <br />Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (Childcare Facility at Redwood <br />Shores)" (form dated 12/08/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and LCP Associates, of Los <br />Altos, California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />12/18/00 <br />Reso -1050 1 <br />fA,sha redVedwooftou n ci I <br />DES:rg <br />12/08/00 <br />
