12/09/96 <br /> <br /> 0 R.I G I NAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12964 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE SANDPIPER PARK SITE DEVELOPMENT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Sandpiper Park Site <br />Development, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Sandpiper Park Site Development - City/District of Redwood City and <br />Belmont School District", prepared by RDS and Associates for the Department of <br />Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br />on file in the office the of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
