All of the foregoing <br />statements are set forth in the Lease. <br /> <br />The term of the Lease is for Five (5) years commencing on , 2007, and ending on <br />,2012, with two (2) successive five (5) year options to renew. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Site which is the subject of the Lease is described in Exhibit A annexed hereto.
