<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />Julv 23. 2007 <br />MO. 07-134 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: July 24, 2007 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Engineering Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Award of Contract - Sandpiper/Marlin Park Synthetic Turf Field <br />Installation Project <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 C (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 23, 2007. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Sain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Foust/Howard to approve the contract documents and award the contract for <br />the Sandpiper/Marlin Park Synthetic Turf Field Installation Project to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, Granite Rock Company DBA Pavex Construction Division of <br />San Jose, California, for their low bid of $1,641,785, plus an additional $50,000 <br />for Bid Alternate No.1, and total contract value of $1,691,785. <br /> <br /> <br />motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />~.~ <br /> <br />Patricia S.
