H. Agreement between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City for Fire Protection Services. Recommendation: Approve by motion a new fifteen -year agreement (July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2022) between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City for Fire Protection Services for Fire Protection Sub -Zone of San Mateo County Service Area No. 8 (CSA -8). CSA -8 is located in the unincorporated area of North Fair Oaks. Fire protection services include response and prevention activities. (304) MINUTE ORDER 07 -110 J. Rejection of Bids — Lakeview Pump Stations Improvements Project Recommendation: Reject, by motion, all bids for the Lakeview Pump Stations Improvements Project, direct the return of all bid securities, and authorize the re- design of the project and re- advertisement forbidding purposes. (802) MINUTE ORDER 07 -111 K. 4 th of July Parking Mayor Pierce encouraged staff to get the information out to the Downtown Business Group and the PCA clarifying the area where suspension will occur. Recommendation: Approve, by motion, the suspension of parking meter rates in the Downtown area on July 4, 2007. (703) MINUTE ORDER 07 -112 L. Addendum No. 1 to the 2006 -2007 After School Program Services Agreement, and the 2007 -2008 Agreement between the City and the Redwood City School District Council Member Aguirre stated that she is pleased with the increased funding for the after school program noting that it is admirable for the partnership between the school and the city. Recommendation: Approve, by motion, the execution of Addendum No. 1 to the 2006 -07 After School Program Services Agreement, and the 2007 -2008 Agreement between the City and the District by the City Manager for After School Program Services.
