11/25/96 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12960 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> MANAGEMENT/GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES- <br /> FIRE STATION AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY <br /> <br /> (RUDOLPH & SLETTEN, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a Fire Station <br /> <br />and Maintenance Facility in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />construction management/general contractor services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement of a Request For Qualifications <br /> <br />and Proposal, Three (3) applicants were selected; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rudolph & Sletten, Inc. of Foster City, California, ranked first <br /> <br />in the selection process; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rudolph & Sletten, Inc. represents that it is qualified on the <br />basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for <br />the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposal of Rudolph & Sletten, Inc. in the amount of Two Hundred <br />Seventy-nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty and No/100 Dollars ($279,560.00) <br />for services to be rendered in connection with the management and construction <br /> <br /> 12960 <br /> <br /> <br />
