The motion <br />passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present with Council Member <br />Howard absent. <br /> <br />PWS Superintendent Gordon Mann thanked the Council, staff, and community upon his <br />retirement from the City. He stated that he has had the privilege of working in three <br />departments, learning while observing the City, the community and his co-workers grow <br />and accomplish many goals.
