Consider the EIR Addendum in taking this action. <br /> <br />. Alternative: Approve the appeal and therefore do not approve <br />the Use Permit for the new retail warehouse. <br /> <br />. Alternative: Deny the appeal and upon consideration of the <br />EIR Addendum, approve the Use Permit with modifications, <br />such as: <br />. Smaller warehouse - 148,000 sq. ft. <br />. Tire Center located on west side of the building. <br />
