<br />· Reference: Draft EI R Executive Summary (Section S, page S-1): <br />Environmental Review Process <br /> <br />· "In accordance with CEQA, the Lead Agency circulated a Notice of <br />Preparation (Nap) of a Draft EIR on September 9, 2005 to inform <br />other agencies, special districts, surrounding cities, and individuals <br />that the City intends to prepare an EI R for the proposed project. <br />The purpose of the Nap was to solicit guidance from various <br />agencies regarding the scope and content of the environmental <br />information to be included in the EIR. Agencies and individuals <br />receiving copies of the Nap had 30 days to respond. Issues raised <br />in the responses to the Nap are presented in letters provided as <br />Appendix B to this EIR." <br />
