· June 19, 2007 , PC ZA Joint Hearing page 4, line 4

- Chairman Seybert: I call this meeting to order. It's July 19th, 2007. It is
7:00 p.m. We are calling to order a joint meeting of the Planning
Commission and the Zoning Administrator. This is a little unusual for us
in that the Zoning Administrator meeting usually takes place at a
different time, at a different venue, but we felt as though because it
would be more convenient to hold these meetings in joint session, we
will be taking testimony both on the planning-things that the Planning
Commission has purview over and our very capable Zoning
Administrator Slake Lyon.

- So your testimony can be done all at once. You don't need to divide it
up, but just for your convenience so you don't have to come back to a
separate meeting, which is normally the case. In fact, in six years I think
this is the first time we've ever done this. (In the background
Commissioner Gee says in his ten years he has never heard of it.) And
so I just want to let you know we are doing that just to make it more
convenient.
