A Precise Plan
has also been prepared that will establish, among other things, comprehensive site planning
for the medical campus.

The first Amendment, in the amount was $31,125, resulted from significant revisions to
the project's site layout and the need for David Powers and Associates and their sub-
consultants to undertake additional work.

This second Amendment, in the amount of $14,000, resulted from the need for revisions
to the Transportation Section and consequent Amendment to the Draft Environmental
Impact Report, additional parking and landscaping mitigation and other miscellaneous
work, bringing the total contract value to $204,312.

ALTERNATIVES
Do not approve the amendment such that the applicant's project cannot be fully
evaluated.

fun ing the EIR so there is no fiscal impact to the City.

~~
J' kas
Plan~nager

1~

Peter Ingram Ed Everett
Community Dev lopment Director City Manager
