Award of Contract for the Middlefield Roadffheatre Way II Improvement Project - <br />City Council/Redevelopment Aqencv Board <br /> <br />Staff contact: Susan Moeller, Redevelopment Manager 780-7204 smoeller@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the contract for the <br />Middlefieldffheatre Way II Improvement Project to the lowest responsible <br />bidder, Tennyson Electric, Inc. of Livermore, California, for their lowest <br />responsive bid of $318,500.00 and waive any minor irregularities in the Bid <br />Forms. <br />2. Authorize, by motion, Amendment NO.2 to the Agreement for Landscape <br />Architecture and Urban Design Services with the Office of Tom Richman, in the <br />amount of $8,000.00 for additional work and revisions to bid documents. <br />3. Approve, by motion, the budget amendment transferring $50,000 from Project <br />No. 71903 (Traffic Diversion Corridor) and $236,004 from Project No. 76000 <br />(Contingency) to Project No. 71883 (Theatre Way II) to fund the construction <br />contract, contingency, staff costs, and Amendment NO.2 to the Agreement with <br />Tom Richman, Inc. <br /> <br />E. Award of Contract - Redwood City Recycle Water Project - Phase I - Seaport <br />Distribution System - Bid Packages 5 (Seaport Boulevard, Seaport Court, <br />Chesapeake Drive & Herkner Road) Project. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Phong Du, P.E., Senior Civil Engineer 780-7385 pdu@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the contract for the <br />Redwood City Recycle Water Project - Phase I - Seaport Distribution System - Bid <br />Package 5 (Seaport Boulevard, Seaport Court, Chesapeake Drive & Herkner Road) <br />Project to the responsible bidder, Shaw Pipeline, Inc. of San Francisco, California, <br />for their low bid of $2,104,800.00. <br /> <br />6.2 Section -Claims and Warrants <br /> <br />A.
