DES:dj'' 11/07/96 (058/42) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12952 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF JEFFERSON <br /> ESTATES, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br /> CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Jefferson <br />Estates", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br />consultants for Windy Hill Associates, a California corporation, <br />the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined <br />by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Jefferson Estates", (form dated 11/07/96) <br /> wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of <br /> <br /> 12952 <br /> <br /> <br />
