DES:d~- 11/07/96 (058/42) <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December <br />16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in the <br />office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br />the plans and specifications according to which the <br />above-mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Jefferson Estates", (form dated 11/07/96), a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4.
