Field survey services are charged portal-to-portal and are subject to mileage charges. Surveyor not responsible for <br />standby time or equipment charges from others due to inclement weather, failure by client to provide written staking requests a <br />minimum of 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends and calculation time) or inadequate construction plans. Surveyor not liable for <br />accuracy of client provided plans OR client provided digital files. <br /> <br />OVERTIME/NIGHT WORK <br />Overtime and/or night work will be 1.5 times regular rate. Sundays and holidays are 1.80 times regular rate. <br /> <br />HAZMAT/HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS <br />Field personnel working in hazardous conditions will be charged at 1.35 times regular rate. <br /> <br />SPECIAL EQUIPMENT AND OTHER COSTS <br />All fees include use of normal equipment. Interest of 1% @ month (but not <br />exceeding the maximum rate allowable by law) will be payable on any amounts not paid within 30 days, payment thereafter to be <br />applied first to accrued interest and then to the principal unpaid amount. Attorney fees or other costs incurred in collecting any <br />delinquent amount shall be paid by client. <br />
