<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Contractor will supply all necessary tools, equipment, and materials necessary to <br />excavate, cut, and cap, two (2) 4" water service laterals. Work shall include the <br />backfilling, compaction, and paving of excavated areas while performing above said <br />work. <br /> <br />Contractor will also provide all necessary tools, equipment, and materials necessary to <br />properly and legally mitigate traffic while performing above said work. Contractor shall <br />provide adequate warning and construction signs at the construction site. Additional <br />signs for the convenience of the public shall be maintained as directed by the City. <br /> <br />Work is to be performed at two (2) separate locations on Marine Parkway in Redwood <br />City, CA, as agreed, during site visit that ensued on July 17, 2007. <br /> <br />All work shall be performed according to City specifications and standards including, but <br />not limited to: <br /> <br />Section 02500 - Asphalt Paving and Surfacing <br />Section 02660 - Water Systems <br /> <br />All excess materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of by contractor. <br />Contractor shall leave work areas neat and clean upon completion of all work. <br /> <br />Page 9 of 11 <br />
