7A <br /> ATTACHMENT4Page 37 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTfON O� THE C{TY COUNCiL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY ADOPTING THE SEQUOIA HOS�i�`EiL P�EClSE PLAN <br /> WFiEREAS, on December 2, 2002, the City Cauncil of the Cifiy of Redwaod City <br /> adopted Ordinance No. 1130-315, ta permit the creation of Planned Community <br /> Districts as an additional tool to assist the City with its future planning activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, in campfiance with California Environmentai Qualify Act regulations, <br /> on Jufy 'f7, 2007, the Planning Commission of the Ci#y of Redwood City adopted a Final <br /> �nvironmenta! lmpact Report for the Sequoia Hospital Precise Plan (the "Precise Plan"); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 17, 2047, the Planning Commission voted to recommend <br /> that the City Councif apprave the Precise Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 17, 2QQ7, the planning Commission voted to recommend to <br /> the City Cauncil that the real properties currently zoned as Professional �ffice (PO) <br /> zoning district (properties identified as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 058-060-080, -100, -110, <br /> -14a, and -15�, and 058-040-Q90} and as Single �amily Residential (R-1 and R-10} <br /> zoning districts (properties identified as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 058-060-020, -030, - <br /> 04a, -160, 058-440-060, and 058-102-'f 10) be rezoned to Planned Community (P} <br /> zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City has reviewed the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission as to the Precise Pian, and has <br /> considered evide�cP receii�ed at � duly notice public hsaring related thereta. <br /> l�01N, THEREFORE THE CfTY COUNCIL OF THE ClTY OF REDWODD C[TY <br /> DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1.
