Notwithstanding anything to <br /> the contrary contained in the foregoing sentence, #he City shall be permitted to issue up to one <br /> hundred and five (105) monthly parking permi#s for use in the Block Two Lot in accordance with <br /> such rates and regulations as shall be estabfished by resolution of the ci#y cauncif. Said parking <br /> permits shall be effective Monday through Friday from fi:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> III. MARSHALL STREET GARAGE <br /> B. Parkinq Rates for Peak Periods. <br /> Subject to Sections III-C and III-D and III-E beiow, the hourly rate for use of the Marshail <br /> Street Garage shall be two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 <br /> p.m., Monday thraugh Friday and all day on weekends and holidays (collectively "fVlarshafl <br /> Street Garage Peak Periods"), provided that such twa dollars and fifty cents ($2.50} per hour <br /> minimum charge sha{! be adjusted, by $0.50 increments, to compensate for adjustments in the <br /> CPI, as more particufarly described on Schedufe I. <br /> D.
