That the Generaf Plan is hereby amended to change the Genera! Pian <br /> designation of the real properties generally located within the North Main Street Precise <br /> Plan area, as shown an the attached Exhibit "A," which is incarporated herein by this <br /> reference, from "Commerciaf-Office Park" to "Commercial-Office-Mixed Use- <br /> Residential." <br /> 3. That the General Pfan is hereby amended to change the General Pian <br /> designation of the real properties generally located within the Sequoia Hospital Precise <br /> Plan Area "A", as shov�rn on the two maps attached as Exhibit "B," wh'sch is incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, from Hospital"Commercial Office — Single-Story Structures <br /> Adjacent Residential Neighborhoods to Hospital-"Public and Quasi-Public." <br /> 4.
