In addition to its performance being evaluated <br /> by independent evaluators, FLY worked with a professional evaluator to design a Likert-scaled <br /> survey instrument to measure the Program's impact on a given youth's risk factors, resiliency, <br /> knowfedge, development of internal and external assets, and overall behavsor.
