On May 21, 2007, Council approved a <br /> madifiication to the language of the Agreement governing ownership of documents. <br /> The proposed Amendme�rt No. 1 wifl provide for additiana[ design services not included <br /> in the ariginaf scope of work. <br /> The origina! scape of work included rec;onf'iguration of existing space on the Library's <br /> seconcf floor ta accommoda#e Project Read activities, 5� additional intemet sta#ions, <br /> and create a new Teen area. The proposed amendment provid�s for supplemenfary <br /> design services, requesterf by t�ibrary staff, so that 20 of the 50 internet stations initially <br /> infended far the second floor may be relocated to the existing computer technoiogy Eab <br /> an the first floar. Project delays crea#ed by the coardination required to replaee the <br /> HVAC system alfowed s#aff additional time ta analyze the canceptua( pian and ta caliect <br /> input #ram library users.
