e) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability <br />and property damage insurance as required by the above - described Agreement. <br />2. Those certain plans entitled, "Improvement Plan for Parcel Map No. 2000 -8 — 242 <br />Orchard Avenue ", and the City's revised specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for the <br />City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in <br />the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br />specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br />3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Owner, <br />entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Parcel Map No. 2000 -8 ", (form dated 11/07/00), a copy <br />of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />4.
