DES:dj" 10/11/96 (050/42) <br /> 10/21/96 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12940 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO THE JAMES AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br /> (WILSEY & HAM) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to reconstruct <br />James Avenue from E1 Camino Real to Hudson Street in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Wilsey & Ham of Foster City, California represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting <br />Engineering Services - James Avenue Reconstruction Project" (form <br />dated 10/11/96), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Wilsey & Ham <br />of Foster City, California, for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 12940 <br /> <br /> <br />
