<br />08/27/2007 <br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br /> <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Precise Plan that was presented to the City Council at <br /> <br />their meeting on August 27, 2007, was filed and made available at the Office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference, is found to be in conformance with the <br /> <br />goals and objectives of Article 52 of the Zoning Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the City Council finds that the Precise Plan, as revised, <br /> <br />demonstrates the following features: superior mixed use design; promotes the <br /> <br />connection of the Downtown with the Bayfront; incorporates affordable housing; <br /> <br />incorporates public or community facilities, and improves access to Redwood Creek to <br /> <br />the general public. <br /> <br />Section 4. That the North Main Street Precise Plan Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> <br />Reporting Checklist is hereby adopted and made a part of this Precise Plan in order to <br /> <br />mitigate or avoid significant environmental effects. <br /> <br />Section 5.
