10/21/96 <br /> <br /> O~I G INAL <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12939 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF COMMUNITY <br /> NEWSLETTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to keep residents of the City of Redwood City <br />currently informed on City-related activities, this Council desires to provide <br />for the preparation and publication of a community newsletter; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council's Editorial Committee has prepared <br />specifications for such newsletter and has reviewed proposals for the <br />preparation and publication thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal of C. J. Preimesberger, Redwood City, <br />California, best meets the criteria established by the Committee and this <br />Council desires to approved and authorize execution of a letter agreement <br /> <br />with Mr. Preimesberger for the aforesaid purpose; and publication thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain letter agreement dated October 22, 1996, by <br /> <br /> and between the City of Redwood City and Mr. C. J. Preimesberger, of <br /> Redwood City, Califomia, providing for the preparation, publication and <br /> distribution of a Redwood City Community Newsletter for a period of 1 <br /> year, commencing in November, 1996, a copy of which letter agreement <br /> is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br /> 12939 <br /> <br /> <br />
