<br /> <br />EXHIBIT ..fc <br /> <br />Emergency Vehicle Pre-Emption Services <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Task 1 - Kick off Meeting <br /> <br />TYLI will hold a kick-off meeting with City staff. The purpose of the meeting will be to introduce team members and <br />their roles; review the scope, deliverables, and schedule; and review as-built information available from City files. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Site Reviews <br /> <br />}- TYLI will conduct site reviews at each of the signalized intersections in the City listed in Table 1 on the following <br />page. <br />}- TYLI will review line of sight issues on the ground level. <br />}- TYLI will take a record photograph of each approach to receive equipment. <br />}- Using as-built plans as the basis for preliminary studies, TYLI will review the available space in conduit for EVP <br />cables. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Conceptual Design <br /> <br />}- Based on the field review, TYLI will submit hand drawn detector locations to the City and vendor. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Base Mapping <br /> <br />}- TYLI will prepare AutoCAD base maps for each intersection selected for equipment installation. This proposal <br />assumes that the City has either electronic base mapping available in AutoCAD format or electronic scanned <br />image files for the remaining intersections. <br />}- Base mapping and subsequent designs will be prepared as one intersection per 2 - ll"x17" pages. Scanned image <br />files will not be traced, but will be used directly in the contract drawings. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Pre-Final Plans <br /> <br />}- TYLI will incorporate City and vendor comments into the pre-final plans. <br />}- TYLI will meet with City staff to discuss comments and responses. <br />~ TYLI will prepare pre-final plans for up to 6 intersections. Plans for each City intersection will be prepared in <br />AutoCAD format. <br />>- TY'LI staff will verify the conduit size and percent fill for all conduit runs to receive EVP cable. <br />r TYLI will prepare pre-final construction cost estimate. <br />y TYLI will prepare Technical Specifications and bid proposal forms.
