WHEREAS, David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. of San Jose, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Preparation of an Initial <br />Study (2150 Roosevelt Avenue)" (form dated 09/24/96), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of Califomia, and <br />David J. Powers & Associates, Inc., for the performance of the above-mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-088 2 <br /> G:~shared~redwood~council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 09/24/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
