UPDATED SPEED SURVEY RESULTS FOR MCGARVEY AVENUE <br /> Five speed surveys were conducted on McGarvey during a fifteen-month period, each for a 72 hour <br /> period. The start dates for each were: <br /> Friday October 1, 2004 <br /> Friday, September 9, 2005 <br /> Tuesday, November 15, 2005 <br /> Monday, January 23, 2006 <br /> Friday, January 27, 2006 <br /> The surveys focused on two intersections: McGarvey at Fernside and McGarvey at Connecticut. <br /> Stealth survey devices were used to ensure accuracy and prevent manipulation of the results.
