Shorewav Master Plan <br /> v <br /> • SBWMA Board on Apri126, 2007 approved a <br /> Shoreway master plan detailing significant site <br /> improvements (e.g., transfer station building retrofits, <br /> new MRF building construction, traffic <br /> improvements, etc.) required for the new collection <br /> services to be rolled out in late 2010/early 2011. <br /> • The recommended facility improvements must be <br /> permitted, designed, and constructed in time for the <br /> rollout of the new services. <br /> • Funding for the improvements will require approval <br /> of issuance of new debt (expect taxable bonds).
