Environmental Enhancements : <br /> Collection RFP <br /> • RFP documents will ask Contractors to propose: <br /> - Sustainable business practices such as alternative <br /> fuel vehicles, green building, using re-refined oil <br /> in vehicles, buying recycled-content products, <br /> minimizing impacts on air, water and natural <br /> resources associated with collection services. <br /> - RFP suggests utilizing air quality emissions <br /> trading credits to offset or mitigate GHG <br /> emissions impacts in the SBWMA service area. <br /> Emissions trading may become part of AB 32 <br /> implementation by 2012. <br /> �� <br />
