D. Award of Contract for the Middlefield Road /Theatre Way II Improvement Project — <br />City Council /Redevelopment A_aency Board <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the contract for the <br />Middlefield /Theatre Way II Improvement Project to the lowest responsible <br />bidder, Tennyson Electric, Inc. of Livermore, California, for their lowest <br />responsive bid of $318,500.00 and waive any minor irregularities in the Bid <br />Forms. <br />2.
