<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />KAINOS <br />FISCAL YEAR 2007/2008 <br /> <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />Quantifiable Goals to be Provided With Requested <br />Funds <br />120 to 150 participants will demonstrate that they have <br />the proper emergency supplies recommended by the <br />instructor to stay healthy in a time of disaster. <br /> <br />150 participants will successfully complete and <br />adapted first aide class teaching the basic techniques <br />to stay healthy in a time of disaster. <br /> <br />150 participants will have declared a community <br />network in case of an emergency. <br /> <br />150 participants will take part in a Redwood City <br />Accessible Recreation Activities Program disaster <br />preparedness classes. <br /> <br />Performance Indicators (how you will <br />measure the uantifiable oal <br />Each participant when visited by the <br />instructor and other certified personnel will <br />have the recommended supplies stores <br />a ro riatel at their residence. <br />Each participant will demonstrate basic <br />first aid practices to the instructor as well <br />as pass a guided multiple choice test <br />eared towards their co nitive level. <br />Each participant will show that they have <br />identified and confirmed an appropriate <br />network as well as demonstrate how and <br />when to contact those in an emer enc . <br />Each participant will show proof of <br />enrollment as well as certificate of <br />completion of the disaster preparedness <br />class. <br /> <br /># of Unduplicated RWC Residents/Households to be Assisted (Only programs serving <br />individuals ma re ort b individuals.
