Case management; Case reviews; <br />Outcome based measure: 80% of clients will be better able to identify Supervision <br />and address immediate and long-term trauma needs. <br />Objective: Answer 225 calls on RTS' 24-hour hotline to residents of Case management; Phone logs <br />Redwood City. <br />Objective: Provide counseling services to 25 residents of Redwood Trauma Counseling; Supervision <br />City. <br />Objective: Provide accompaniment and advocacy services to 30 Case management; Case reviews; <br />residents of Redwood City.
