0 R I G I N A L 9/23/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12911 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A OF RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 12622, AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 12775, BY ADDING <br /> THERETO EXHIBIT A-4, RELATING TO THE SALARY AND <br /> WAGE PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS <br /> REPRESENTED BY THE REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT <br /> EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, BY REVISING THE SALARY <br /> RANGE FOR THE POSITION OF COMMUNICATIONS <br /> SUPERVISOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Exhibit A-4 is hereby added to Exhibit A of Resolution No. 12622 <br />entitled, "Resolution Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee <br />Classifications Represented by the Redwood City Management Employees <br />Association", adopted October 30, 1995, as amended by Resolution No. 12775, <br />adopted June 3, 1996, to revise the salary range for the position of <br />Communications Supervisor as set forth in Exhibit "A-4', attached hereto, and by <br />this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br />provided, however, that the salary rate set forth in Exhibit A-3 for the position of <br />Communications Supervisor shall be effective July 1, 1995 and October 1, 1995, <br />respectively, as set forth in said Exhibit A-4. <br /> <br />Reso-0B9 <br />DES:djk <br />09/09/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
